Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS

We are happy to refund or replace returns within 30 days of receipt of the order, with proof of purchase.

All products from GoggleCovers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us by phone within 7 days. Faulty items may be returned at any time, this does not affect your statutory rights.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  1. If you wish to return an items, firstly contact us on sales@gogglescover.com explaining your reason for return.
  2. We will issue you with a returns code which must be included with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Enclose this form with the unwanted items into the same or similar packet that you received the item(s) in.
  4. Take the parcel to the nearest Post Office. The return address is

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.

Items will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed as received. Your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

If you made payment by credit card  it's advisable to contact them as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it please contact us on sales@gogglescover.com

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel or withdraw your order with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
